It belongs to a promotion of three T-shaped townhouses, built entirely by Paula Téllez Arquitectura de Interiors studio. This, the smallest, located on the seafront, pursues the goal of its inhabitants feel inside, as in a boat, so that its front facade is glass. It consists of two floors of fifty square meters, joined by a simple and modern staircase. The floor is tile that imitates concrete, while the space is a white cube that avoids distractions from the real protagonist: the imposing view of the sea. At the back, a patio of two hundred square meters, where a 9x1.5m pool was built, three large palm trees were planted and installed on its walls, with the aim of relieving the patio feeling, an old iron mural in one, and in another, two ancient stones mounted on two iron structures, designed by Paula Téllez. Without a doubt, a modern style for this house by the sea.
